XCL101系列DC/DC轉換器是Torex一種高度集成的升壓轉換器,它將線圈和控制IC集成在一個超小型的封裝中,尺寸僅為2.5 mm x 2.0 mm,高度為1.0 mm。這種設計使得XCL101系列非常適合空間受限的應用。
該系列轉換器的主要特點包括:
- 搜索線電壓規模:0.7V至5.5V,這因此它是非常最合適利用單節強堿鋰蓄電池或鎳氫鋰蓄電池的的設備。 - 讀取端電流值配置:讀取端電流值能夠 在1.8V至5.0V的位置內以0.1V的每隔對其進行配置,計算精度為±2.0%。 - 高效益率:分為PFM(電磁頻帶寬度調制解調)把控好的同步操作整流具體方法,有效的減少了需求感應電流,加快了轉變轉化率。 - 品類的選擇:給予多種品類,A型和B型在CE(基帶芯片使能)電磁波為低電阻值時停下升壓工作的,并立即切斷插入與傷害之前的導通;C型則在CE為低電阻值時保持穩定插入和傷害之前的導通程序。 - 打出工作功率:在打出端電阻為3.3V,輸進端電阻為1.8V時,打出工作功率相當于80mA。 - 低耗用功率:在輸進感應電流值相當于傷害感應電流值加0.5V時,耗用功率僅為6.3μA。 - 掌控模式:采取PFM掌控,電源開關電壓為350mA。 - 作用:符合輸入旁路狀態或過載斷開作用。 - 外接開關元件:僅需上升三個瓷磚電解電容只能包括完正的升壓阻源電線,變得簡化了電線來設計并可以減少了躁音和誤區過程。 - 任務的場景溫度使用范圍:-40℃至85℃,采適宜諸多的的場景溫度場景。 - 優質:復合優質的要求,相當于EU RoHS外形尺寸,無鉛。產品型號:
